To be effective and impactful, change work must be rooted in data. Who and how many are affected? How do we know? How will we know if a change is an improvement? We ground our work in a diverse array of data — quantitative, qualitative, street-level, and 20,000 feet views.
We seek to build a world where outcomes are no longer predictable by race, gender, zip code or other characteristics. We will help you operationalize these beliefs in your work.
How can we be motivated to continue on these complex journeys of change if there is no joy? Without love, how can we bring an ethic of care to our work? How can we hold on to radical hope without optimism? These concepts animate every project we undertake.
